BACKGROUND
Specializing in Outdoor Living design and construction, Homestead Outfitters, LLC strives to deliver “An Exceptional Product at a Fair Price.” With over 50 combined years of design and construction experience, we are proud to provide Outdoor Living Solutions for residential and commercial needs throughout the Hill Country and south Texas.
Our leadership team and managers are a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and a South Texas Rancher that appreciates the work and effort required to produce a dollar to invest in your homestead’s improvement.
Normally, we have a design and estimate prepared for you within 48-72 hours of our initial consultation. Once the details and questions are resolved we provide a simple contract for the project. At that time we discuss a proposed start date and general completion time for the project. If approval by a HOA or POA is required we are happy to submit the necessary documents on your behalf. Although we work diligently to complete all of our projects in a timely manner there may be unavoidable reasons for short delays, i.e., weather, permits, etc. During construction there will be a supervisor on site at all times. The job site is cleaned daily and rubbish is removed. We appreciate that construction is an invasion on your life and we want to give you back your improved property as soon as practical. Once we agree the project is complete we ask you to live in it or use it for several weeks and maintain notes of any touch up work that may need to be accomplished; we come back to complete any touch ups you note.
PHILOSOPHY
Our services include all phases of construction from the foundation up. Although there are different practical considerations and techniques involved in providing Outdoor Living Solutions, anything you have inside your home can be “Outfitted” outside your home. Think of the years of enjoyment you will gain from your investment in a custom Outdoor Kitchen, Outdoor Living Room, Outdoor Fireplace or Fire Pit with the additional benefit of adding real value to your “Homestead.” We believe there should not be any surprises for either party during a construction project. In order to eliminate surprises we invest time during our first consultation to learn about your needs, desires and lifestyle.
Warranty periods vary based on the project and/or a component of a project. The warranty for your project will be explained and included in your contract. For appliances, the warranty is specified by the manufacturer and you will receive all pertinent warranty documents upon completion of the project.
